Jeremy Coonts
Co-Owner | NAUI Instructor
Jeremy Coonts is a veteran, educator, and passionate advocate for safe, confident diving. After completing a rigorous 13-month instructor development program through the Veteran Readiness & Employment (VR&E) program, Jeremy earned his instructor credentials in 2022.
Since then, he has dedicated himself to helping divers of all experience levels discover the underwater world through personalized instruction, patience, and a commitment to excellence. Whether guiding a student's first breaths underwater or mentoring divers pursuing advanced certifications, Jeremy believes that scuba training should build confidence, competence, and a lifelong appreciation for adventure.

Shea Coonts is the heart behind Serenity Falls Scuba's vision of community, hospitality, and adventure. As Co-Owner and a NAUI Divemaster-in-Training, she plays an integral role in creating a welcoming environment where divers of all backgrounds feel supported and encouraged.
Shea's passion for diving extends beyond the water. She believes that the strongest dive communities are built through meaningful relationships, shared experiences, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. As Serenity Falls grows, Shea's will continue developing her leadership skills while helping shape the experience and culture that define the company.
Our Story
Serenity Falls Scuba was built by a husband-and-wife team who share a love for diving, adventure, and serving others.
Married since August 11, 2017, Jeremy and Shea have faced life's challenges together with resilience, determination, and a commitment to building something meaningful. Through scuba diving, they discovered not only a passion for exploration but also a calling to help others experience the confidence, wonder, and connection that diving can provide.
What began as a shared dream has evolved into Serenity Falls Scuba — a veteran-owned, family-operated company dedicated to developing capable divers and fostering a welcoming community both above and below the surface.
